It Takes a Village
It takes a village to train a child is a genuine concept for April Lynn Pelton. April's village is an involved and supportive community of family and friends. April has a team of people helping her to make her dreams become a reality. This book was a family affair and took time to develop and bring to life. She is blessed to have the support of her family in all aspects of her life. From schoolwork to imparting seeds of wisdom, her family is key to bringing joy and balance. This is something that she doesn't take for granted. She hopes that all children are blessed with supportive adults in their lives as well.

Kindness Is Key
The Grove of 100 wishes was inspired by April's own personal bullying experience. Instead of holding on to the pain that bullying caused her, she made a story to inspire youth and others to choose kindness.
